Some adult anxiety disorders require higher cognitive thinking, so not appearing until 7 years or older. Need cognitive + emotional growth for anxiety to fully unfold. Sometimes center on specific, or imaginary objects + events (ghost, thunderstorms etc) More often than not triggered by current events + situations.
