Catharsis: emotional release, in psychology the catharsis hypothesis maintains that releasing aggressive energy relieves aggressive urges. When venting, given a chance to revenge, become more aggressive. Either wait, or calm down in some way to deal with anger healthily. Anger can be used to communicate, express things that need to be resolved, conflicts. Happy people view world better, live healthier + more satisfied, earn more money. Feel-good, do-good phenomenon: people"s tendency to be helpful when already n a good mood.
