Group programs examine more; supervising physician determines readiness of person; more time efficient and reduces costs. Difficult to follow up and decreased privacy. At implements screenings and plans: timing of exam. Completed 6 weeks before start of physical activity. Allows to fix minor issues and time enough to be checked out: frequency of exam. Annual is common or prior to the start of a season. Medical history: could identify problems affecting person; written form is completed in yes/no format, might implore immunizations, past diseases, injuries, stroke, seizures, etc. Look at height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature.
