Queries are requests for specific information from a database. Queries are virtual tables built on a given sql statement. Forms are used to enter, edit or browse data from a database. Reports present requested information and allow to create hard copies. Create a database in ms access 2007 and up. Double click on the ms access button. Click on blank database, set the name of the new access file that you are creating and click on create. Click on design view and baptize the new table that you are creating; you are now in the design view of the table. The first field will be the primary key; click on the next row to enter other fields: specify field names, data types, properties. Save the table; then from the menu bar use create/table to create another table.
