The health itself is more than the absence of illness and diseases, but also to access opportunities for human fulfillment. The contributors to this book have discussed about the role played by political, economic, and social forces in determining health organizations and delivering health services. In canada, there is often conflict between focusing attentions on prevention versus care, but more research and funding are spend towards care rather than prevention.
