The three primary problems in regarding with the health human resource in canada are the problems with supply, the problems with mix, and the problems with distribution. Lastly, the chapter also have discussed about privatization and profitization of care, which include the introduction of for- profit practices into public systems of provision, the replacement of public payment for services with private payment, and many more.
