Location: wrist, elbow, hands, knee (fold areas = more sensitive) He has many creams prescribed, worried its discolouring his skin b/c skin on cheeks look different hypo pigmented: stephanie"s hands (his mother) are red & itchy & inflamed. Conditions: asthma & allergies related to atopic derm. Other family members have similar rxn or conditions. Kyle: fixed drug eruption on his face possibly. You would expect kyle to have some b/c had eczema before. Also ask re diet (may have some food allergies) Kyle: reactive airway dx for 6 yr uses ventolin. Eczema for 5 yrs: hc1% + bm 0. 05% + aveno. Doesn"t like to put on cream & is embarrassed re his condition. Mom: anxiety duloxetine 30mg (4mo ago for anxiety) + thyroxin 112mcg (had for 12 yr, well controlled)
