If we want kids to be active we have to teach them how with the basics. What is the skill theme approach to children physical education. Over years we have been used to simply playing games in phys ed. Skill theme approach allows for both athletic and non to do better and to learn. It describes both the content of what to teach and the teaching process of how to teach. Fundamental movements forming a foundation for success in sports and activities. We break down the skills according to the level of the children and progress slowlyy. When they are older we combine skills to make it more di cult.
