Personality (44): stable set of characteristics an individual posses that influences the way he/she acts with environment or others: determines way they react to people/situations/problems. Dispositional approach (45): individual dispositions and personality: people have stable traits and characteristics that influence attitude and behaviour, people predisposed from birth certain way you gotta act. Situational approach (45): people shifted focus to situational and the environment that effects behaviour: rewards and punishments effect job satisfaction and people"s feelings. Interactonist approach (45): person must know the setting and the individual"s personality: weak situations best describe person cause they don"t know how to act, strong situations clearly defined roles and shit military. Trait activation theory (46): personality character influence when the situation calls for it: there is no best personality have to appreciate diversity, different situations better suit personalities.
