In fact, all types of employees are experiencing more work-related stress today then a decade ago: more canadian workers are struggling to achieve work-life balance, all of these factors lead to a significant loss in output. In response to rising costs from mental health issues, organizations have begun to implement mental health initiatives and have made it a priority at work. Workplace spirituality: workplace spirituality is found in workplaces that provide employees with meaning, purpose, a sense of community, and a connection to others. It is not about religion in the workplace, but rather providing employees with a meaningful work life that is aligned with their values.
