Personality disorder generally leads to more distress in other people, sometimes patient has little or no distress. 3 ps of personality disorders: patterns of behaviour are persistent, pervasive (across people + situations), pathological (clearly abnormal) Divided into three clusters that each cover overall style of behaviour.
