All human beings have the right to define their own gender identity regardless of chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role. The bill entails that women would only experience discrimination on the basis of their sex; we know this is not true (excludes things like identity) The right to free expression of gender identity - this seems to mean the right of the male progenitors of the document to wear clothing more usually assigned to women. For women, stereotypical women"s clothing is not a right of expression, but enforced, through cultural expectations, legal systems, street harassment, the influence of the sex industry, and workplace and school requirements.
