In class: teaching is an interactive process that promotes learning. Begins with identifying a need for knowing or acquiring ability to do something. This is most effective when including the learner"s needs, learning style, and capacity: think of all the teaching that happens everyday. Consumption is also good (recall reading for an hour a day on a subject). The brain can change as we age, up to 10 years old you can learn the most (good to learn french and piano and things in this time frame) neuroplasticity. Like first goal is to prevent altogether, the second is to prevent progression, and third is more to manage: recall that sometimes you need to comply to the client"s goals even though they may go against yours. Their emotional ability to learn is a key factor too. Think of their learning style and preferences: selling is 2 way communication (do you think you can do this).
