Any damage to the goods of another is a trespass to chattels, results in compensation and possible punitive damages. Detinue is refusing to return borrowed stuff: false imprisonment. Restraint without lawful excuse: malicious prosecution is unjustifiable charges, private nuisance. Uses property in a way that interferes with neighbor"s use or enjoyment of their property. Protesters blocking road: defamation- must be derogatory, false and published.
