Can"t draw firm conclusions based on one study esp one with few participants. Can have more confidence when we combine many independently conducted studies on the same topic. Meta-analysis: method that combines results of multiple studies by calculated average correlation across studies. Was always a good sport, even when bad things happened at work. Whined and complained, no matter what was happening. Got the job done, without having to be managed or reminded. Adapted when something needed to be changed or done differently.
