The ability to relate well with people, as well as give and receive love and support throughout your life, can have as much impact on your health as regular physical activity and consuming a proper diet. By adulthood, you have developed a unique way of communicating using gestures, words, expressions, and body positions. No two people communicate in the same way some quick to express emotions, some quiet, etc. Different cultures have unique ways of expressing themselves (gesturing wildly, closed and rigid means of speaking: o(cid:373)e (cid:272)ultures offe(cid:374)ded (cid:271)(cid:455) (cid:862)fi(cid:454)ed a(cid:374)d dilated(cid:863) stari(cid:374)g, (cid:449)hile others (cid:449)el(cid:272)o(cid:373)e looki(cid:374)g i(cid:374) the e(cid:455)es. Not one sex, culture, or group is better at communicating and should be a model for the others regarding their approach to communication. You have to be willing to accept differences and work to keep communication lines open.
