Neoliberalism is comprised of three parts o o: decentralization. Governments have been more concerned about how to increase profitability of the corporate sector rather than investing in the people and communities. Social aspects do not matter, but purchasing power does. Neoliberalism arranges for the public health care system to become so inaccessible, undependable, and inefficient that people feel they are making a good choice by buying services in the marketplace. Marxism refers to wide body of theory and political policies based on karl marx and friedrich engels o o o o. Sometimes refers to conflict theory or materialism between two social classes. Capitalism an economic and social system based on the private accumulation of wealth.
