Our psychological wellness can be supported or sabotaged by a variety of factors, such as dietary choices, sleep patterns, and relationship issues. With good psychological health, people have a positive sense of emotional and spiritual well-being that values fairness, culture, dignity, and interpersonal connections. A positive definition psychological health as the presence of wellness is a more ambitious outlook that encourages us to fulfill our own potential. During the 1960s, abraham maslow described such an ideal of mental health in his book.
