A team made up of members from a single discipline, for example, a team of specialized civil engineers or a team made up of only coding experts. A group of people who work as a set of isolated individuals rather than a real team. Pseudo teams generally perform below the level of the average member because they do not fully utilize the potential of the team. Potential teams communicate and perform better than pseudo-teams. However, they have not achieved the level of collaboration present in high performing teams.
