People have charged that intelligence tests are biased (especially against minorities & poor) Stanford-binet fifth edition is among the best. Intelligence biased when used by those in power to maintain the status quo. Formal intelligence began when alfred binet was part of commission assembled to identify procedure for identifying intellectually limited children. Binet and his colleagues developed the world"s first intelligence test.
