Brodmann"s area 6 = which includes a ventral region and a dorsal region called the supplementary motor cortex. Because the body is symmetrical, each hemisphere contains an almost mirror- image representation of this homunculus homunculus has very large hands with an especially large thumb. It also has very large lips and a large tongue.
