Stimulates the release of massive amounts of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Also blocks serotonin reuptake, ensuring that neurons containing serotonin receptors will fire at levels much greater than normal. It takes time for serotonin levels to return to normal. Increase in energy levels and a feeling of euphoria. Structural abnormalities of cells in the frontal lobes (which reduce the brain"s ability to inhibit relevant thoughts) Causes dehydration and heat stroke (sweating and lack of ability to eat, forgetting to drink water)
