Corporate executives are never held responsible for their negligence. Blue collar crime many trades people defraud the government by doing work off the books to avoid provincial sales tax & gst. Juristic persons the corporations are liable to the same laws as any other person: treating corporation as individuals as obvious faults, impossible to imprison a corporation or execute it, no corporate conscience . Executive disengagement lower level employee decide that executives should be left uniformed of certain decisions / action that the employee commit.
