Idea also serves those with communication disorders: we communicate all the time but it never gets attention unless there are issues. In order to properly understand the message being received, the receiver must be able to speak the same language as the message (ex: an arabic message cannot be comprehended if the receiver does not know arabic) Speech: physical production of sounds to form words and is a way we express language. It is important to consider the diversity and that other languages may just encounter the rules differently (this does not indicate language disorders: language content, the "what" or semantics of what is being communicated. Speech language paths, teachers, and parents are extremely important in guiding the child.
