Disorders which you perceive a physical illness even though there is no actual physical illness or organic cause. This is largely due to psychological factors. Psychosomatic disorders: actual physical illness caused by thoughts: this is different fro somatoform disorders, mainly due to stress. Pain and hypochondriasis: body dismorphic disorders.
