Cognition mental processes involved in acquiring knowledge (i. e. consciousness: argue psych must study internal mental events to fully understand behavior, people manipulate their mental images to influence how they behave. Biological perspective human and animal behavior can be explained in terms of bodily structure and biochemical processes.
