Elements in a supply can be arranged in many different ways: supply chain management (scm): the design and management of seamless, value- added processes across organization boundaries to meet the real needs of the end customer. Processes must be tightly integrated to allow information flow and deploy within and across. Design and management of processes require decisions to implement strategies and solve issues to ensure effective and efficient flow of materials and requisite information across the entire chain.
