Most female mammals other than humans are being to tell when they are ovulating, thus acting a certain way towards the males in a sense of invitation. Humans have sex at any given day, thus portraying that woman generally have sex when they are not ovulating. We even continue having sex during pregnancy and after menopause, when it is impossible to conceive again or at all. Other animals chose not to waste their time with unnecessary sex as it takes energy, time, effort and risk of health problems. Through natural selection, sex has been evolved to be something enjoyable and fun as the outcome is reproductive success. However why do humans still find it enjoyable and fun even without the consequence of reproduction?? o. One theory is how it is more efficient for both human parents to feed their infants long after they are born, at least a decade or so (unlike other animals) o.
