From migration to life spaces: based off a research project in 1999, updated this work by recapitulating the principles of the lifecourse developed in demography. The creation of knowledge concerning residential mobility is not of new concern but the focus has changed in terms of time and space as population and social demands have developed. One needs to take into consideration the ways of which theory has developed in the disciplines involved: now more or less, all disciplines within the social sciences create some knowledge of residential mobility.
