The way you communicate with people is a direct result of how you give and receive love throughout your lifetime. By looking at gender roles, sexual identity and stuff you can better understand yourself and take better strides in learning how to build better relationships. From birth we are all trying to communicate how we feel, to be understood. We all have different ways of communicating. Body language is different across cultures and people. You have to accept differences: keep lines of communication open, open and willing to exchange ideas, this is done through hard work and practice. Past relationships dictate how you will interact in new relationships: e. g. if your family was constantly giving hugs and saying i love you vs. not readily discussing emotions. If you bring baggage into a relationship you can be considered cynical. Ways to encourage people"s attempts to interact with you.
