Patrimony: estate inherited from one"s father or ancestor. Leaden-hued: lacking liveliness or sparkle; dull or downcast; depressed. Dilapidation: to cause or allow a building to fall into a state of disrepair (by misuse or neglect) Sullen: persistently and silently ill-humoured; showing gloomy silence or reserve.
