Managers with a moral approach to us thanks disregard all moral responsibilities when making decisions. In order to assess ethical implications there must be an awareness of ethics. In level 3 a conscious effort is made to identify and analyze the distribution of benefits and harms to all stakeholders affected. These influences on ethical standards affect the decisions of managers and how they view moral dilemmas.
