Cyber-trespass, cyber-deception/theft, cyber-porn/obscenity and cyberviolence are the four classes that compose the term cybercrime. Cyber-trespass is the most grey" form of cybercrime under the term; it involves a computer hacker crossing invisible lines of another"s life. This includes a hacker accessing networks and systems of others. Cyber-deception is one of the most common forms of cybercrime in today"s society. This form of crime consists of an individual using the internet as a means of gaining information, generally posing as another entity. An example of this would be fraudulent emails claiming to be paypal asking for funds. Cyber-porn is most commonly represented by revenge porn. Revenge porn is when an individual, usually an ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend, posts nude photos of another in hopes of obtaining revenge for a wrong-doing.
