Peoples truths differ around the world and we often encounter ones that contradict our truths. Science is a logical system that bases knowledge on direct systematic observation. Scientific knowledge rests on empirical evidence, evidence that we can verify with our senses. There are certain ideas that the majority think and believe are true but they actually a(cid:396)e(cid:374)"t: poor people are far more likely than rich people to break the law.
