Sexual dysfunction in men: sexual desire, arousal & interest. Male hypoactive sexual desire disorder: deficient or absent sexual fantasies & desires. Delayed ejaculation: prevalence: 1, absence, delay, or infrequency of orgasm, mostly secondary, hardest to treat.
