Lack of blood in the brain = faint: emotional influences: Emotions led to certain behaviours + the way jody thought about certain situations. Can also lead to certain physiological responses: social influences: Jody may have gotten even worse because the support that he got as well as the dismissal of school by the principal may have had an effect on his psychological disorder: developmental influences: Developmental critical period (when we are more or less reactive to a given situation or influence than at other times) Jody may have had the exposure to a situation involving blood at the critical period which intensified his reaction to the situation.
