A party went to the oracle at delphi to ask why nothing is growing and then ino bribed the messengers to say phrixus must be sacrificed. 4 kids: argus, phrontis, and cytisorus: when he gets there he sacrifices the lamb and gives the golden fleece to the king the king hang on an oak tree in a groove sacred to ares. Jason should be prince, but his father aeson (son of cretheus and tyro) had lost kingdom to his brother.
