Describes the person themselves being responsible for the aggressive tendencies. Aka built in or hardwired or not learned. Believed that people possess a powerful death wish. Either direct this energy inward (harming oneself) or outward (harming others) The release of suppressed energy or emotion. Aggression building up over time until it is released.
