Social influence: how other people influence us, and how we influence others, all presence influences our behavior, our behavior in a crowd is much different than our behavior otherwise, social relatedness. What is social psychology: the scientific study of the way in which a person"s thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are influences by the real or imagined presence of other people, abc- affection, behaviour, cognition. Scientific method is a systematic observation description, and measurement: random assignment, different designs for the experiment. Social psychology differs from philosophy because social psychology: measures a wide variety of attitudes, focuses on how social situation affects people. Influences of others on performance: competent in your skill you don"t mind competing.
