The relationship btw physiology and anatomy is that physiology requires anatomy to understand biological fxns: both studies will be understood better by combining them. The concept of homeostasis provides a framework for understanding most physiological processes: eg: when blood measurement deviates away from normal range values, it can mean that homeostasis is not being maintained and that the person is sick.
