Thinking about systems and theories international ethics. Ethics is the study of what actors ought to do, rather than a explanatory of what they have done. With globalization also means an increase of the scope and intensity of human political and economic relationships. Globalization makes it hard for us to draw clear ethical distinctions between insiders and outsiders raises the idea of community of humankind. The field of ethics is the science of morals . International ethics addresses the nature of duties across community boundaries. Outsiders and strangers and if it is right to even make such distinctions. Then a follow up question would be, how could this be done in a world characterized by two conditions: international anarchy and mural pluralism. International anarchy: the first of these is seen as practical challenge, because anarchy reinforces self interest rather than altruistic tendencies. Moral pluralism is both a practical and ethical challenge.
