Law governs how marriages and other civil unions are formed and dissolved, as well as what happens to the children of unions. People have legal rights to pursue educaion and employment, even when they sufer from mental disorder. Involuntary treatment or hospitalizaion of individuals on the grounds that they pose a risk to themselves or others on account of mental disorder. Public safety governments have legal responsibility to protect ciizens. Responsibility to protect them from the harmful consequences of physical or mental illness.
