About the year 2030, when the baby boomers reach their seventies and eighties, the estimated costs for health care are expected to grow to trillion dollars and account for over 30% of gross domestic product. Unlike other industries, in health care technology hasn"t brough about a decrease in personnel needs the opposite has occurred.
