Need to know what you want to do & how much info. you need to impart (gather & arrange info. ) Include stories, graphs, videos, presentations, q&a, cases, humour etc. (have breaks) No more than 6 major points presented during each half of lecture (practice) Allows two-way communication btwn. the trainer/trainee (and the group) Helps trainee recognize what they don"t know, but should. Allows trainees to share ideas & derive wisdom. Opportunity for trainees to get answers to ques. another. Trainees get advice on matters which concern them. Exchange of ideas to develop critical thinking (interpersonal skills)
