The test to figure out what is the appropriate bargaining unit is based on several questions: Only the full time employees and truck drivers are included in the bargaining unit as they have a common interest. This excludes clerical employees in departments, security guards and shift supervisors. The part time employees may not be included as they have a different interest. Truck drivers are included because they are dependent on contractors. Since the lead hands recommend hiring and firing of employees, they play somewhat of a role of a manager, and so they cannot be in the bargaining unit. Not good enough: (1) no need to copy and paste all tests, you should just apply them. The people that can be included as employees are the truck drivers as they are dependent on the contractors. The full time workers can be included as employees in the bargaining unit.
