Collectivism: refers to the primacy of the rights and the role of the group. Country of origin: where products or services are created, which afects trade-in consumers who may prefer to buy goods produced i one country rather than another usually because of quality perceptions or because of nationalism. Choice of law: provision in a contract that speciics the jurisdiction whose laws will govern legal disputes. Democracy: calls for the participation by citizens in a fair and just decision making process. Powered by: failure of totalitarian regimes to deliver prosperity, improving communication technology, economic dividends of political freedom. Freedom: the condition of being free; the power to act, speak, and think without externally imposed restraints. Individualism: refers to the primacy of the rights and the role of the individual. Intellectual property: property in the form of patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets and copyrights.
