From 500,000~7 million get sick from drinking tap water in the us, bugs, pathogens. Chemicals used for crops, more water is required to dissolve the chemicals, and to grow crops. Chemicals travel far, all the way to the arctic. Atrazine main contaminant, syngenta (swiss company), herbicide. Atrazine linked with prostate, breast and ovarian cancer. However, epa suggested no harm will come from the pesticide. Private companies were originally welcomed, but then they started charging more money, did not deliver on clean water; people needed cards/tokens to get water. The companies are created by bankers to make money, they are not charity organizations. Profit for investors contradict with providing free clean water.
