Not explained by other non sexual disorder. Medical evaluation drugs, surgeries, conditions involving arterial insufficiency, etc. Contributing factors to low sexual desire in women. Physical medical treatments (implants, pumps) awkward and clumsy preclude wide acceptance. Dsm v paraphilia not a disorder unless: Frotteuristic disorder packed buses, subways rubbing until completion.
