These rules prohibit activities like murder or careless

Condition rules
These rules establish conditions or requirements that must
be met before certain activities can be carried out.
Examples include: licensing requirements for getting
married
Power-conferring rules
These rules allow you to define your own legal relationship
within certain contexts.
Example: law of contract - allows you to set terms &
conditions that govern your relationship
