1 9 0 ~ 2 0 2: one is dissociative from reality. In many cases, onset often follows a traumatic life event, sexual abuse or given birth. Epidemiology: mean of onset= 16. 1, all the patient studied has non- additional dissociative disorder, and more than 50% had additional mood. Course tends to be chronic, lasting on average 15. 7 years or anxiety disorder. Etiology: deficit in attention, short-term memory, and spatial reasoning (hard time perceiving 3d objects) Correspond to report of the patient having vision tunnel and mind emptiness. Brain functioning: greatly reduced emotional response, reflect a tendency to selectively inhibit emotion expression, brain-image technique were used, deficits in perception and emotional regulation, dysregulation in hpa axis, emotional respond deficit. So far, none of the treatment shows effective to placebo treatment. Symptoms: generalized amnesia, people (cid:449)ho clai(cid:373) that they do(cid:374)"t e(cid:448)e(cid:374) remember who they are, usually life long.
